2012 : Registration of Joint Management Body Block J with the Dewan Bandar Raya Kuala Lumpur.
- Introduction of the card access system into the building premises for owners and tenants for better security.
- Construction of our JMB Management office at lower ground floor of our commercial centre.
- JMB paid the deposits for TNB and Air Selangor to the developer on behalf of the owners so that our TNB and Air Selangor meters are owned by our JMB instead of the developer. These deposits will be collected back from the individual owners.
- Construction of a WC and Store at the lower ground car park for use by JMB personnel, cleaning personnel and maintenance staff.
- Installation of CCTV cameras on all floor corridors of the building so as to enhance the security surveillence.
- Changed all the floor corridor lights from normal flourescent lights to energy saving LED lights to reduce monthly electricity consumption.
- 2019 : Retarring of the lower ground car park with the amount outlay divided between the JMB and car park owners. This upgrading works must be carried out as the tarmac condition of the car park area has deteriorated.
- Repainted the main lobby and the road curbs to our car park.
- Repainted the external wall of the building.
- JMB website reaches 10 years of operation by posting news of Block J development.
