Today our JMB successfully signed up with SYABAS for our own water deposit.
By doing so, our water charges from next month will be directly billed to our JMB not to our developer.
This process ends our dependency to our developer. They must do our Strata title application before they can end their responsibility as our developer.
With owners and tenants assisting our JMB, we can upgrade our building and premises.
We seek your co-operation and support in enhancing our image as a premiere commercial centre within Cheras.
