NEW MUTIARA 33 JMB 2016-2017 DULY ELECTED

Our AGM was held yesterday. Four owners comprising of 9/33 units attended this AGM after we waited for half an hour. By the new Strata title Act, if after a minimum of half hour, all those present are entitled to call the AGM to order.

Our AGM started off at 11.30 am. As the outgoing Chairman did not come for the meeting, our outgoing Secretary, Mr. Kang called the meeting to order. A brief summary of minutes for 2015 was presented before the unaudited account was presented.

Final agenda of the AGM was to elect the new management committee for 2016-2017.

Mr. Kang was elected to become the new Chairman, Ms. Chook is the new Secretary and Mr . Wai is our new Treasurer. Jason Wong is a committee member and 4 more committee members will be nominated making it a committee strength of 8.

After the election, a short briefing was given by our new Chairman before the AGM was adjourned at about 12.30pm.

All present were then given a vegetarian lunch at Taman Segar.
