LED ENERGY SAVING LIGHTS TO BE USED IN FIRE ESCAPE STAIRS, MAIN LOBBY AND LOWER GROUND CARPARK AREAS

On 7th. December 2015, we will be changing our lights of our fire escape stairways, main lift lobby and car park area to LED lights. These new lights are more energy efficient than current ones.

As these lights are switched on 24 hours and 365 days, we hope to reduce our monthly electricity bill to TNB. In 2014, our bill on average is RM 1,250.00 to RM 1,300.00.

However, with the introduction of GST of 6% in April 2015, our power bill has risen to about RM 1,350.00 to RM 1,450.00. If TNB increases the rates, our power will go higher.

In order to control our electricity, we will use energy saving LED lights. We expect to recoop our investment within a year with our projected  monthly savings.
