Please to inform our owners of Block J that Block I JMB has carried out remedial works of the water leak on the 4th. Floor toilet on Thursday. We found the leak last week on unit 7-3A-1.
We now have to monitor the affected area for about a week before we can do our repair works. The walls must be allowed to dry out before painting can be done. Moreover, we want to claim our damage from our building insurance. So, works can only be done after we get approval.
