Please to inform owners and tenants that our insurance company which we bought our building insurance has agreed to our water damage claim. We have accepted their offer and once the payment is made directly to our JMB account.
Contractors will be asked to submit their official quotations before we decide/nominate the contractor to repair the hacked hole and paint the respective painting works of the affected floors.
