LOWER GROUND FACILITIES ROOMS SECURED

In view of security breach at lower ground floor area, we have locked the telecoms room and added a door lock at the 2nd. fire escape stairs. The fire door can be opened from the inside only. Outsiders cannot use the fire door to access the other floors.
