AGM NOTICE DISTRIBUTED OUT

The 2015 AGM for owners of premises at Block J has been fixed on Saturday, 10th.January 2015 at 11.00am. Venue is at 3rd. Floor. All owners are requested to attend this AGM as a number of important issues must be discussed and voted on by the owners. Some issues are:- 1. Proposal to increase monthly maintenance fees to cover rising costs of services and utilities. 2. To apply and pay TNB and Syabas deposits which will be our JMB name and address.
