Maintenance notices for October to December 2013 have been distributed to all owners for your payment.
Upon receipt, we request your prompt payments by sending your payments to our office or to our Treasurer.
We need to pay our security service provider, cleaning services, electricity, water, lift and fire services maintenance. Building insurance and quit rent must all be paid as well.
So far with your cooperation and prompt payments, we have been able to meet our commitments. For this, we thank you.
