EGM WILL NOT BE HELD ON FRIDAY, 16.12.2011

12th. December 2011

Please be informed that the proposed EGM which was supposed to be held on this coming Friday has been cancelled.

As our application of the Joint Management Committee has been submitted by the Developer to the authorities for approval, this proposed EGM is now not necessary. We are awaiting for the relevant authorities to approve our application. Once approved, our Joint Management committee will be the authorised Management committee for Block J Cheras Commercial Centre. We will keep owners and tenants posted on this matter via our website here.

More owners and tenants are moving into our Commercial Centre.

Another owner on the 5th. Floor has recently applied for electrical connection to their Office suite before renovation works can begin. They will be using their office as an Accounting and Auditing firm.

We welcome owners and tenants to re-located their offices to our new Commercial Centre before Chinese New Year in January 2012.
