BENEFITS OF HAVING A WELL MANAGED CHERAS COMMERCIAL CENTRE

It is beneficial to all owners and your tenants if our Cheras Commercial Centre (Block J) is managed professionally in the future.

Having a good security, well lit corridors, floor corridors, main lobby, emergency stairways, well maintained lift, and working firefighting equipment, can enhance the property value and can become the sought after office space for businesses. Higher Office rentals can be negotiated as well.

Increased in the owners' investment over time should be an objective of investors. Moreover, with the proposed MRT system from Kajang to Sungai Buloh coming on stream by 2017, will add value to our premises.
