WATER LEAKAGE IDENTIFIED

Another water leakage from Block I 2nd. Floor was also found today.

This leakage caused our 1st. Floor, ground floor and lower ground floors to be affected.

Our decision to hack our third floor was correct.

By doing so this morning, the source of the water leakage over these 2 months was identified.


Water was seen flowing down from the 4th. of Block I office premises. This was exactly what happened last year.

Somehow, this leakage recurred and caused us to hack the wall again.

We will also claim our building insurance for water damage and report to our Adjuster for compensation to make good our repairs.

3rd., 2nd., 1st., Lobby and lower ground floors need to be repainted. Hacked wall and 4th. floor ceiling must also be repaired.

We hope the JMB of Block I will get the water leakagE repaired immediately. Then, we need the walls and ceiling to be dried out before we can repaint our premises from our insurance claim again.
