Normal working of our offices were disrupted.
Originally, we thought of the failure was due to TNB.
TNB was informed but found out that their supply was not a problem.
We contacted an electrical firm nearby to check our main circuit board and found that our earth fault relay was the culprit. The earth fault relay was switched off and normal supply was restored.
This afternoon we had a new earth fault relay replaced with a new one. Our technical staff reset the relay and it has been re-energised.
