INSTALLATION OF ENERGY SAVING LIGHTS REDUCE ELECTRICITY COSTS

Our decision to install energy saving lights at our fire escape staircases, lower ground car park and main lift lobby in early December 2015,has resulted in a reduction of overall electricity costs.

After 2 months, our bill has been reduced from RM 1,400 to RM 1,300.00. A savings of RM 100.00 per month. Our investment can be recovered in about 10 months.

We can reduced our bill further if we change our 5 corridor downlights from 18 watts to 8 watts LED downlights as well.

The other benefit of changing our fluorescent lights in our fire escape staircases is the staircases are fully lighted up 24 hours. The staircases are well lighted up and enhances our security of our building.
