If you have noticed by now, the lift cabin is brighter as the two flourescent lights are now working. Carpet is placed on the floor while we have protected the sides of the lift cabin with wooden plywood. This is to prevent scratches and damage to the lift cabin during renovation works.
As our occupancy of our Centre has now reached 94%, this plywood cladding may be removed to show off our true lift cabin. Moreover, we have put back one of the plastic ceiling board. The other ceiling board need to be repaired first before we can put it back on again. Similarly, the open push button cover will be replaced next month as well.
One of our JMC committee member, Mr. Kang supervised the technician during the maintenance at about 3.00pm on Tuesday afternoon.
The lift maintenance contractor has emailed us the Annual Maintenance contract for our acceptance. This will be done at the soonest so that our lift can be kept in tip top condition.
