ACCESS CARDS BEING DISTRIBUTED TO OWNERS AND TENANTS

With the forthcoming implementation of the secured Access Card system for owners and tenants of Cheras Business Centre, Accomix our in-house contractor, has begun to distribute the Access Cards.

Only owners (and their tenants) who have fully settled their outstanding dues with our Joint Management Committee are allowed to collect these access cards.

When we implement the secured Access card system, only owners and their tenants who have validated access cards can enter the premises. This system is implemented to enhance the security and image of the Business Centre. We want our Business Centre to be secure to unwanted elements but at the same time, make the place secure to genuine owners and their tenants. Safety and reduction of petty crime are our priority.

We seek the co-operation of owners and tenants on this system and hope it will be implemented smoothly. Your safety is our concern.
