Cheras Commercial Centre (Blk J) Web Site

With the setting up of our official Joint Management Committee of Block J, our new committee has started some improvement works.

Most prominent is the "BLOCK J" prominently painted on the side of our Block J which identify our Block from the rest of the buildings around. It shows our Block clearly and visitors can know that the Building is Block J. Another signage made is on the wall at the main entrance showing "Block J" with the road address.

On the other side of the main entrance is the Listing Board which shows the names of the companies at their respective office suites.

Hopefully, more owners and tenants will fill up this Listing Board by putting in their company names on it. It will be good that all the respective office suites be occupied as soon as possible.

From 1st. May 2012, the JMB Committee has engaged the cleaning services Prokerm Enterprises Sdn Bhd of Taman Midah to clean and maintain the overall building. The firm will mop the respective floors, lobby and common area of our Block J.
