Our Pro-tem Joint Management Committee of our Cheras Commercial Centre(Block J) has been officially registered by Kuala Lumpur City Hall on 5th. March 2012.
We submitted our registration to Kuala Lumpur City Hall after our 1st.Joint Management Committee meeting in 7th. October 2011. Now, after getting the official endorsement, our Mutiara33 JMB can proceed to do the necessary work.We need to open an official Bank account, send out letters to the owners of the properties and decide on the maintenance,security, sinking fund charges and other expenses.
Once agreed upon, the Joint Management Committee will issue official letters for the collection of the Maintenance fees and Sinking fund.
We want to get off as soon as possible so that our Cheras Commercial Centre can be maintained and upgraded. Hopefully, our properties can command better rental values and appreciation of the property prices.
