There are two touchscreen panels for the public to view the respective stations of the MRT from Sungai Buloh to Kajang. Expected to be completed by July 2017, the route covers the KL Centre, Damansara, Cheras and Kajang.
When completed, the MRT will affect the transportation habits of inhibitants within the KL Greater area.

For our Cheras Commercial Centre (Block J), the MRT will be a great impact to owners and tenants of our commercial centre. Our commercial centre is situated between the Taman Bukit Mewah MRT station and Leisure Mall MRT Station.
Taman Bukit Mewah MRT station is located in front of Taman Midah near to the Shell/McDonalds/Old Town Coffee and has a multi-storey car park for riders. This Park and Ride concept will allow car owners to park at the station and take the MRT into the City Centre. Taxis and transit buses will ferry passengers to other nearby areas.
Leisure Mall MRT does not have Park and Ride facilities but there is a direct walkway into Leisure Mall. A boon to Leisure Mall where passengers can reach Leisure Mall with ease.
If all goes well, the MRT will elevate the property prices around the area and it should benefit our Commercial Centre. Higher Rental is expected to increase as well.
Overall, great news to our investments and tenants.
There will be a multi-storey car park located at the Taman Bukit Mewah MRT Station. This means we can drive our car at the MRT Station and take the MRT into the City. Collect our car at the car park after we come back by MRT.
ReplyDeleteThe question is how much will be the day parking fees. Too high will make the MRT not viable.
