Welcome to our own Cheras Commercial Centre Block J Management Committee website.
On 7th October 2011, some owners of the Cheras Commercial Centre Block J met up at the office of the developer, Winflon Products Sdn. Bhd.
The main intention of our meeting was to set up the Owners' Management Committee and take over the Maintenance, security and services of our newly completed Cheras Business Centre from the Developer as soon as possible.
More than 10 owners attended this meeting and during this meeting, we elected our Protem President, Mr. Wong, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members.
As some owners and business tenants have started their businesses in our Business Centre, the owners wanted to enhance the image of our Centre by setting up our own Management Committee so that matters concerning cleanliness, security, corridor lighting and lift operation can be undertaken as soon as possible.
Morevoer, we also discussed matters relating to the quantum & monthly collection of Maintenance and Services Charges from the owners.
More importantly, we got the approval from the developer for assisting our newly formed Management Committee to submit our application to the Commissioner of Building as soon as possible.
Once we receive the needed approval, our Management Committee can officially start our proper business.
