On 25th. November 2011, some members of the Protem Management Committee met up at the Jumbo Restaurant, Cheras for tea and for an informal meeting.
The meeting was held to discuss the formation of the said Management Committee which the Developer was supposed to submit to the relevant authorities on our behalf.
As usual, discussion on security, disposal of rubbish, cleanliness, maintenance and lift maintenance were highlighted.
We agreed to hold an Emergency General Meeting for all owners on Friday, 16th. December 2011 at 10.30am. Venue will be informed via mail.
An official Letter of Invitation with the Agenda will also be sent to all owners of the Cheras Business Center (Block J) two weeks' before the said EGM.
All owners are invited to attend this important EGM.
