FURTHER REDUCTION IN ELECTRICITY USAGE

In April 2022, our JMB carried out a reduction of electricity usage. Our March 2022 usage was RM 1,244.00. 

In April 2022, we reduced our consumption to RM 1,154.00, a savings of RM 90.00.

In May, we changed our fire escape stairs and Lower ground car park to sensor T8 LED lights. 

These lights will remain lighted up at 15% power consumption. Once motion is detected, it will light up 100%.

Today, our TNB May 2022 bill came. It is now reduced further to RM 1,057.00. Another RM 87.00 reduction.

We plan to reduce our TNB bill to less than RM 1,000.00 per month in June 2022 through our final phase of power reduction exercise.
