Our Block J was opened in 2012 and it is now 2019.
Since 2012, we have constructed our lower ground JMB office, store and a water closet for JMB use.
Before 2018, we had 10 sets of webcams installed on all corridors, main lobby and lower ground grill entrance and door access cards for lobby and lower ground grill entrances.
In 2018, our building has been upgraded by painting a fresh coat of paint.
The whole building now has a fresh new and bright orange look.
Our rear car park roller shutter doors had to be replaced since they were hard to pull and raise them up due to corroded lifting and closing items.
Now, the roller shutter doors are lighter and easier to open and close. Maybe, in the future, we can upgrade them by motorising them and use remote controls to open and close them.
In 2019, we finally got our lower ground floor car parks space re tarred with the co-operation between our JMB and car park lot owners.
Due to wear and tear over 7 years, the car park area condition is deplorable with pot holes and loose stones from the premix surface.
Since today, this car park area has been rejuvenated with fresh premix tarring and repainted car lots.
Certainly, over all these years, improvement works have been carried out. These works have enhanced the image of our business centre and value of our premises.
Our next phase is to ensure our maintenance, security, cleanliness and overall well keeping of our commercial premises.
At the same time, our JMB has been following up with our developer for the issuance of our Strata Title so that we can form our own Management Corporation to oversee the operation, maintenance, security and overall up keeping of our premises.
With our concerted effort and co-operation from our JMB committee members, owners and tenants, we hope our building can be maintained and her value appreciate in the next ten years.
