JMB TO TAKE OVER THE ISSUANCE OF MAIN LOBBY DOOR ACCESS CARD

From 1st. July 2019, our JMB will take over the issuance of our main lobby door access card.

As our old card system has reached its maximum number of card issuance, we had to invest in a new access card access system.

Old cards can still be used. New cards can only be used for the main lobby door.


This new system can allow the issuance of at least 1,000 new cards.

To get these new cards, owners and tenants are required to contact the building manager (Mr. Kang 012-3118959) and pay RM 20.00 for each card.

Registration is required before each card is issued.

New Access  with Discount Card
In future, these new cards can be used to receive a discount of 10% from surrounding business establishments who want to partner with us.

    JMB will seek out restaurants, bistro, pubs and suppliers to work out with our Mutiara 33 Block J Discount card partners.
