MRT TO KAJANG FROM SUNGAI BULOH TO START IN 2 MONTHS TIME

In two months time, the 2nd. Phase of MRT line from Sungai Buloh to Kajang will start.

We can then travel the full length of the MRT.

Our Taman Midah and Taman Mutiara stations are ready.

JMB OFFICE TO OPEN EVERY FRIDAY from 8.4.2022

To serve our owners, tenants, service providers and visitors, JMB office located at the lower ground of Block J hopes to open our office from 3.00pm to 5.30pm every Friday.

Our office will open this Friday on 8th. April 2022.

Owners, tenants, our service providers and visitors can come to meet our personnel manning this office.

We hope to meet you to hear about your suggestions, complaints, issuance of new access cards, discount stickers and cheque payments.

Come and visit us even for a casual chat.

6 MONTHS WAIVER FROM JANUARY TO JUNE 2022

JMB will waive 6 months maintenance fees for all owners from January 2022 to June 2022.

This waiver is to assist owners for past 2 years of pandemic from 2020 to 2021. All owners who still have outstanding payments ending 31.12.2021 are needed to pay up by end March 2022.

Any outstanding dues will be charged a late interest of 10% pa. After 3 months from end March, letter of demand will be issued. Please take note.

Our new JMB wants to rebuild our Sinking fund and improve our cashflow.

Effective 1st. January, the Chairman of Mutiara 33 JMB has tendered his resignation with immediate effect.

29th. November 2017

Installation and commissioned 6 extra CCTVs. Now all 8 floors of our commercial centre is 100% monitored, 24/7 and 365 days in one year.

Maintenance invoices from October to December 2017 are being distributed to all owners for payment

17th. August 2017

DBKL contractor starts remedial drainage works around our business centre including filling up our sinkhole. It will take about one week to complete the works.

2016

20th. February 2016

AGM was successfully held today. A new JMB committee for 2016-17 was duly elected to manage our business centre for the next 2 years.

AGM 2016 will be held on Saturday, 20th. February 2016 at 11.00am.

Hinotori Dart shop and Bar located on ground floor opens for business.

15th. June 2015

Beer Island Do has opened on 15th. June 2015. JMB Block J wants to congratulate the operators of this new business in our block.

15th. April 2015

April to June 2015 Maintenance fees invoices are being distributed at the new rate of 0.30 cents/ sq.ft. The old rate was at 0.25 cents/sq. ft. which was unable to cover overall expenditure.

The increase was tabled at our AGM on 28.2.2015 and was approved by all present after an explanation was made by our JMB committee.
