After our complain to the security firm about the non-existence of their guard for the past few days, they finally replace the old guard with a new one.
Our security firm relocated our guard to another block last Monday to Friday last week.
They did not replace their guard at our Block or informed us.
We complained to them for their unprofessional service.
Today, 1.4.17, they have stationed a temporary guard before the old guard comes back on Monday.
