We have made a new glass door to flush with the building wall. Without this new door, people can hide inside our corridor.
The main floor signboard has been moved to the front right wall so visitors can view it easily.
Our security guard and cleaners have always complain that there is no toilet for their use. They need to seek their nature's call by going to coffee shops to ease themselves.
To overcome this, we made a simple WC in our janitor store in lower ground. It is in operation now. This WC is for private use only and is locked at all times.
To prevent unauthorized cars to park in some car parks owned by owners, we put in a hook for owners to chain up their car parks area as well.
We also painted up the rusty roller shutter door casings as well.
