As 2015 draws to a close, JMB Block J wishes Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2016 to all owners and tenants of our Block J.
A number of unforseen major events have happened in 2015
The water leakage by our neighboring Block I was most noticeable. It affected our 3, 2, 1 and LG lift lobbies in July/ August.
JMB claimed our building insurance company for water damage. Luckily, the claim was approved and the compensation was paid.
With this claim, we repaired and painted up the respective floors.
Another major task carried by JMB was to open a TNB deposit account. From December 2015, we are the rightful owner for our TNB account.
Our next target is to reclaim our Syabas deposit account. We wish all owners to pay up these deposits to our JMB.
Another effort to reduce our electricity bill is to install LED lights for our fire escape stairs and main lift lobby on 7.12.15. We expect some savings from December 2015 onwards.
