The ground floor shop house no. 3 has been letted out recently. The owner has appointed a qualified electrician to rewire up his shop house with 3 phase electrical supply. A 3 phase electric metre was also installed yesterday.
We hope the new tenant can start his F&B business soon.
The corner shop house is still available for rental.
