Taman Midah MRT Station is taking shape. The roof shall be installed soon. Slated to be in operation by December 2017, the MRT line will boost real property market within the area by at least 20%.
Recently, our offices have been evaluated at RM 430/sq.ft. before they were refinanced. A new mixed development along Jalan Cheras is selling their SOHO at RM 750.00/sq.ft. For sure, once the MRT is in operation, our properties will rise.T
