In compliance with the mandate given to our JMB by our AGM held on 28th. February 2015, we will be changing our current security firm from 1st. April 2015.
Some improvements will be carried. Our business centre will be watched every day from 1.4.2015 including Sundays and public holidays. Currently, we have no day guard on Sundays and public holidays.
The security firm that will take over our security is from the same firm carrying out the security of Block I, our neighbour business centre. Block I which has 66 units, is double the size of our centre. By using their services, they can compliment our services. Their night guards can watch over our centre at night since we can only afford a 12 hours day guard:-)
At the same time, if our guard has to go to the toilet or does his rounds, his fellow guards can assist in overseeing the main entrance.
Some guidelines have been given to the new management of the security firm.
Their guards must always be courteous to owners, tenants, employees and visitors.
At the same time, tenants who have no access cards and visitors must register in our log book.
JMB of Block J wants our owners, tenants and visitors to be cooperative with our security guard. He is there for your safety, security and convenience.
