BREAKTHROUGH IN RENTING OUT PENTHOUSE

We managed to get our pent house letted out. The tenant after paying the normal deposit and advance rentals has begun to renovate the premises.

A entry platform will be constructed together with a larger entrance door.

For the interior, two new toilets will be made. An Aircond. office will be done as well.

Later, for safety reason, a fire escape exit will also be made.

The tenancy is on a yearly agreement basis subject to yearly renewal. Costs of renovation is borne by the tenant.
