The coming new year will see some rental income for our JMB. Under utilise space will be rented out to owners or tenants. We have identified some area eg. our penthouse area and staircase area. Income received from rentals can be used to upgrade our business premises.
Other sources of rental incomes can be from rental of outdoor advertising space.
We will only let out these storage space to store non-lnflammable, non toxic and non explosive items. We are allowed to inspect these stores whenever we want as well.
