We made this storage space under the stairs at the lower ground fire exit.
We have identified a storage space for rental at the lower ground car park area. It is at the entrance of the fire escape stair case. The area does not hinder the fire escape as it located under the staircase. Measuring 17ft x 4 ft., we want to let it out between RM 150 to RM 200.00 per month.
