NEW AGM TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, 28TH. FEBRUARY 2015

Due to the poor attendance of owners (only 4 owners representing 9 units out of 33), we were unable to carry out our AGM on 10th. January 2015 due to lack of quorum. For a valid AGM, we need more than 1/3 of the total units. As such, we will call the second AGM on Saturday, 28th. February 2015 at 11.00am. The venue will be at Janbo Cheras Restaurant. After our AGM, all attendees will adjourn for our Block J JMB Chinese New Year luncheon to celebrate the Year of the Ram.

All owners are cordially invited to attend this important AGM as we are allowed to hold this AGM eventhough there is a lack of quorum this time and those present can vote on matters arising. Owners are given another chance to voice their acceptance or objection to proposals made by your JMB.

Issues include the proposal to increase our maintenance fees due to increase costs of maintenance, electrical charges, GST implementation etc. We want to hear your views before we vote on these issues. Is your silence or absence mean consent?
