JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2014 MAINTENANCE FEES HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED

Owners of our Cheras Business Centre Block J will receive their July to September 2014 maintenance fees and water charges either through their post boxes or by mail. Since the beginning of this week, all invoices have been sent out to all owners.

Kindly pay us the amount due immediately once you receive these invoices. Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated. Your prompt payment will held your JMB to pay for the security, cleaning services, electricity, water, lift maintenance and fire fighting services.
