The last portion of the Taman Midah MRT rail track is being completed. Another 3 sections are needed to make it complete. So far, no accidents have occurred in our stretch compared to other works elsewhere. We hope it will incident free until the project ends in July 2017. Let's keep up our safety record till the end.
There was an incident when 12 concrete sections fell onto the road near the Taman Billion roundabout when the trailer carrying them braked suddenly. This sudden braking caused the concrete sections to fall on to the road. Luckily, no one was injured or killed. More care must be followed to prevent such accidents ever to recur.
