Over these months, our office management has received feedback/breakdown/complaints from tenants and owners within our Business Centre. In order for our Committee to serve you better, the JMB prefer these suggestions/breakdown/complaints to be send to us in writing. This helps us to track the suggestions and feedback and keep a record of type of feedback and complaints.
Copies of our Suggestion/Feedback/Breakdown and Complaint Form will be given to our Security guard for safekeeping and tenants/owners can request for this form from the Security guard. These forms can then be submitted at our JMB Office letter boxes at the Lower Ground Floor.
We hope you can make use of this form to submit your suggestions/feedback/breakdown/complaints to your JMB.
