DO NOT LITTER AND SMOKE IN CORRIDORS AND FIRE ESCAPE STAIRWAYS

All visitors, tenants and owners are reminded that the common area around our Commercial centre especially in the main lift lobby, and common corridors on each floor including the lower ground floor are SMOKE-FREE ZONES.

Smoke detectors are installed just outside the lift doors and if any smoke is detected, the smoke alarm will sound at the fire/smoke monitoring room at the lower ground floor.

Your committee was informed that smokers tend to smoke at the fire escape stair cases and cigarette buds littered the floors. To prevent further littering of these buds thrown by smokers, the cleaner, on his own initiative, was kind enough to place empty tin cans so that these buds can be put in.

We hope smokers can co-operate by not smoking in the fire escape stairwells but try to smoke at eating places during their coffee/tea and lunch breaks.
