In order for your Joint Management Committee to seek income from non-maintenance fees, during the past AGM, we informed the members that we are keen to let out our current penthouse space. Should anyone is interested to rent the whole area or to have a joint venture, we are opened for suggestions. Contact our committee if you are interested. Below are photos of the penthouse area.
