Since the setting up of JMB and our official registration with Dewan Bandaraya in March 2012, our JMB has taken over the maintenance, posting of a security guard and enhancement works. Overall cleaniness has improved, CCTVs installed, Card Access card system implemented and general surrounding repair works were undertaken. To reduce electricity consumption, timers were used to switch off non-essential lighting of corridors from 12 mid night to 6 am. No major break-in or crime were reported in 2012.
For 2013, JMB will undertake to collect outstanding dues from owners and repay Winflon, the developer, who paid the deposits for water and electricity deposits for the common area in advance on behalf of the owners. Once done, Winflon will change the address of the TNB and Syabas billing addresses to JMB - thus completely handing over the responsibility from the developer to our JMB. All owners are requested to co-operate with your JMB in completing the hand over process soonest.
Your JMB also intends to seek new ways to generate income for our JMB eg. by leasing outdoor signboards, rental of penthouse space to interested parties etc. so that we can have a balance annual budget in the future.
After concluding the AGM, all attendees attended our Chinese New Year Lunch with compliments of our JMB.
