JMB REMOVES PLYWOOD CLADDING OF LIFT

As our Business Centre has reached about 90% occupancy and renovations works of the office suites are completed, our JMB has decided to remove the plywood cladding inside the lift. They had been used to protect the stainless steel internal lining of the lift.

Works have been done to remove this plywood cladding and you can see the stainless steel lining of the lift.

In the future, any renovation works to be done require a deposit to be paid to the JMB so that we can maintain and rectify any damage to the internal of the lift. The renovation contractor must pay for this deposit before any works can be carried out.

We wish everyone a Very Happy New Year 2013 and look forward to the Year of the Snake in early February 2013.
