DBKL ISSUING RED NOTICES FOR UNPAID ASSESSMENTS

Last Saturday, DBKL has issued red notices to owners of their office suites for not paying their assessment. Owners of the office suites are given 7 days from date of notice (8th. December 2012) to settle the outstanding dues.

JMC advises owners to check with their tenants (if they are renting out their SOHO units) and obtain the notices as soon as possible. Failure to pay the outstanding balance can incur DBKL officers to seal off your premises. Do keep your accounts with DBKL and our own JMC up to date and pay up any outstanding dues.

Your prompt action is appreciated before any untoward incident occur.
