RENOVATION DEPOSIT TO BE COLLECTED FROM CONTRACTORS FROM 2013

From 2013 and in view of the occupancy of our Cheras Business Centre Block J has reached 90%, the JMC has decided contractors must pay a deposit to the JMC if they want to renovate the office suites. Owners must take note of this requirement in 2013.

To enhance the image of our business centre, the JMC will remove the plywood cladding in the lift before the end of the year. The plywood cladding was earlier added in the lift cabin to protect the stainless steel walls against damage during the renovation works. Now, as most of the office suites renovation have been carried out, they will be removed.

To prevent any damage to the lift cabin and failure of contractors to clear any renovation debris, a renovation deposit to the JMC will be enforced from 2013.

We hope the owners of the office suites bear this in mind on this matter.
