In order for our JMC to reduce electrical power consumption within our Business Centre, we installed some timers recently.
These timers are set to switch off the corridor lights from 12.00 midnight until 6.00 in the morning. Should owners and tenants who have to work late into the night, we recommend that you have torches in your office suites.
We know this can be inconvenient to some of you BUT by lighting up the corridors 24hours a day is wasteful in energy terms and economic terms. However, the lobby lights are on 24 hours a day including the lift.
