Please be advised that the disruption is due to a tripped ELCB of the Water Pump control panel. When the ELCB was tripped, no power was supplied to the pump and all the control system indicating the water level in the tank was deactivated.
It must have occurred a few days ago as we checked the level of the main water tank this morning on 5th. Floor and the level was at about 20 cubic meter level. When the water tank is fully filled, it should be at 300 cubic meter level.
On 24th. July 2012, we had a qualified electrician to rectify the non-functioning Auto-mode of the water pump. This mode has been functioning until the ELCB was tripped most likely by thunderstorm. By switching back the ELCB to "On" mode and the Auto-mode of the pumping system, it is now back to normal. Water has been pumped back into the overhead water tank.
We want to thank our owners and tenants for informing us of the water disruption to your JMC. If not, we will not know about the tripped ELCB of the Water Pump Control panel.
