MAKING BLOCK J EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL

For those who have visited our Cheras Business Centre Block J, you would have noticed that the pavement near the front car park seems higher than the standard height. If we are not careful, we can trip on this higher pavement.

To prevent accidents from happening before they happen, we would recommend to the JMC to have another step constructed. It will not costs a lot BUT it makes visitors especially the young and the elderly easier to walk up the steps without having the thought of falling.

Another important point is to have a stainless steel hand rail fixed onto one of the walls leading to the entrance of the main lobby. This hand rail will help the elderly to hold onto it while walking up the steps.

We will recommend to the JMC to implement these few friendly features as soon as possible.
