Please be advised that our Joint Management Committee for Cheras Business Centre Block J will activate the Main Lobby Magnetic Access Card system from 1st. July 2012.
Owners and Tenants are requested to obtain their registration form for 4 Free Access Card from Mr. Kedargiri, our Guard at the Main door. Registration forms must be filled and returned to our contractor, Accomix at 1st.floor before they can collect 4 Free access cards. Extra access cards at RM 20.00 each can also be made at Accomix.
So, we advise all owners and tenants to give your fullest co-operation in this new secured access system which will be implemented by 1st. July 2012. This system will make our Business Centre more secure and safer. Unauthorised personnel cannot enter our building without signing in.
By having a secured business centre, owners can also rent out their office suites at higher prices.
ONLY OWNERS (WHO HAVE PAID THEIR DUES) AND TENANTS WITH THEIR S & P AGREEMENTS CAN COLLECT THESE ACCESS CARDS.
