Water bills for past 8 months will be sent to owners before 2016.
Upon receipt of our bills, owners are advised to pay the amount outstanding to your JMB immediately.
We also want to inform owners that our JMB will apply to Syabas in 2016 for our own water deposit account.
Once done, Winflon Products, our developer can withdraw their water deposit account.
We have done this similar exercise with TNB in November 2015.
Once our water deposit account is done, our JMB will be entirely self reliant on our TNB and Syabas accounts.
