LED LIGHTS TO BE USED FOR MAIN LIFT LOBBYAND FIRE ESCAPE CORRIDORS

Currently our fire escape staircase lighting uses inefficient flourescent lights. Each of these lights consumes 40watts each. There are 20 of these lights are used and 15 sets at the lower ground carpark.

Our maintenance team wants to change these lights to more efficient LED lights. Each of these lights uses only 18 watts each. Our 8 lobby lights will also be changed as they are on 24 hours a day for 365 days.

These more efficient lights will reduce our monthly electricity bill over the long term.
